I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix 1 w! j& j; v9 Q# H _) t$ B; X, {+ ^+ P+ I
and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here 2 L/ ^' ~& m! k/ f
just that this corner does not seem to attract many visitors.
